Search Help
Is it better to search by UPC or Title? Some items do have more than one UPC based on what part of the country it was purchased in and we may pay you a different amount based on the UPC. We will pay you the amount that corresponds to the UPC of the item you send to us. Because of this we strongly suggest you do a search by the UPC number. If you do not find your item by the UPC we suggest you then search for it by the Title.
Keyword or Title Search
You can use Keyword Search boxes at the top of most pages to search for one or more
keywords contained in the item's title. Here are
some examples using Keyword Search:
- Entering "money" for a Keyword will find titles with the word "money" (money, money for nothing, milk money, etc.)
- Entering "honest money" for a Keyword will find titles with the both words "honest" and "money" in title.
Searching via UPC
A UPC code is a 12-digit number connected to that exact item. You will usually find them on the back of your item you wish to sell us. You will want to make sure to also put in the small numbers that are on the left and right side of the main number of the UPC as well.
- You can omit hyphens while pasting upc codes.
- For entering UPC, please make sure to include
all 12 numbers including numbers on the either side of the main
barcode number.
- Some Titles have ISBN numbers, please don't use them in our system since it doesn't recognize them. Please only use the UPCs when searching for items.
*Note: Some items have old as well as newer upc codes, so you might not be able to find then using the upc code. In this case, you can use keywords from the title of the item to search for them.
