All sales are final on orders under $50.00

For orders of $50 or more items in brand new (re-saleable) condition may be returned within 15 days of original shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. DVD's cannot be returned once the original packaging has been opened.

In the event that a DVD title purchased from MX 123 is defective, we will exchange the disc for a copy of the same title, providing that the title is still currently available. In the event that the title is no longer available, this warranty is void and you will receive credit towards the purchase of another title. Proof of purchase is mandatory.

Items Not Covered by Warranty
1. Physical damage from shipping (see below), handling, abuse, or operation on defective or maladjusted equipment.
2. Any disc not in pristine condition. Discs or jackets that show excessive wear beyond the normal handling required to detect a defect.
3. Any disc that does not clearly show a video or audio defect. "Did not like" or "poor transfer quality" are not acceptable defects.

Discs not accepted under the terms of this warranty will be returned,
freight collect, to the sender.

If you'd like to return an item, simply send an e-mail to returns@mx123.com and give your invoice number to obtain a Return Authorization. Provide your order information; name, address, and items you'd like to return and we'll reply to you within 36-72 hours.
