of buying and selling whatever
titles we feel there is a
market for. We buy from publishers
when we can find a good deal
on a DVD, but if we don't
think we can sell it for less
than our competitors we won't
buy it. If you see something
you like buy it fast! Once
an item is gone, it's gone.
We have no way of back ordering.
Because we can combine our
buying power of our wholesale,
internet and retail business
we have significant buying
power.

New or Previously viewed?
All of our music CD's,
books on CD, and memory cards
listed on our website are
new. Our used CD's are
sold only in our retail store.
Our DVD's
and video games
listed on our website are
70% new and 30% used. Because
studios often halt or limit
the production on many DVD's
for various reasons the only
way to buy them is to purchase
previously viewed DVD's on
the secondary market. To supplement
our selection of DVD's and
video games and to reduce
our costs we purchase some
titles from the public. Our
pricing is the same for new
and used. If you order from
our showroom in Woodbury,
Minnesota and ordering 'new'
is important to you, you will
be able to hand pick our new
titles. But if you are ordering
from our website you can look
at a products detail sheet
to find if it is probably
new or used. There is a high
probability that this new
or used designation is correct
but you may receive used product
even if you go through our
website and only order new
product. We encourage you
to accept previously viewed
DVDs or video games with your
orders to minimize unavailability
and maximize value. Many of
these used titles are harder
to find titles that are out
of print.

How Used is Used?
We have a very high
standard of quality on our
previously viewed items. Our
previously viewed items are
in "like new" condition
and reshrink wrapped, there
are no rental store stickers,
the original display case
and artwork is also in like
new condition and there are
only very minimal scratches
if any. Often our previously
viewed inventory is mistaken
as being "new."
We stand by our previously
viewed product as well as
our new. Strict quality control
keeps the defect rate to less
than 1% for either new or
previously viewed, so everything
is 100% guaranteed. If you
are unhappy with the condition
of any of the items in your
order we will give you your
money back.

DVDs indicating as being available
on our website will not be
available for sale if the
item has recently sold in
the last 3 hours. If an item
is back-ordered we will hold
your order until all of the
items are in stock before
shipping to you. If we don't
expect the item to be in stock
in the next day we will ship
your order minus the out of
stock items.
